SoftPilot Editorial Team ยท Verified

SoftPilot content is published under the byline SoftPilot Editorial Team. This page explains who and what that byline covers.

How content is produced

  • Research and drafting are done with the help of AI tools, working from vendors’ official pricing pages, documentation and product pages.
  • Fact-checking is done against the recorded, dated sources listed on each page before publication.
  • Editorial review applies our editorial policy: no invented facts, ratings or testing, and clear labels for what could not be verified.

What we check before a page is published

  • Sources: facts come from the vendor’s official pricing pages, documentation and product pages. Every source is listed on the page with the date it was read.
  • Prices: each price note records the date, currency and billing period. Promotional prices are shown next to the regular price, and regional prices are labelled.
  • Unverified facts: anything we could not confirm from an official source is marked “Not verified” rather than estimated.
  • Vendor claims: statements such as integration counts or performance figures are attributed to the vendor, not presented as our findings.
  • Testing: pages say whether a product was tested hands-on. Our current profiles are desk research, and each one says so.
  • Independence: no vendor pays to be included or to change what we write, and we show no ratings or scores we cannot support.

Keeping pages current

Each page shows when its facts were last verified. Prices and plans change often, so we re-check sources and update the date when we do. If you find something out of date, our corrections policy explains how we handle it.
